4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@aiqonefashion.com for refund requests.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIQ ONE FASHION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
